The original developers of this sub-div did a deed restriction to homes only with 800 sq ft min of the structure. There is no HOA on file at the County Clerks office so there is no Architectural Committee to submit plans for approvaL.You pick your plans, materials and build your home or structure. No mobile homes allowed per deed restrictions, however Barndominiums are acceptable. You are allowed to bring your motor home or travel trailer and camp but must remove it at the end of the trip. You are allowed to build a structure to house it in while you are away. The sub-div launch has not been maintained but The Beechwood Sub-Div will allow you to join them as an Associate doe $100.00 per year and you have 365 days of access to their boat launches, swimming pool, tennis court and pavilion. The septic will need to be aerobic due to proximity to the Lake. The SRA will need to permit it before installing. The Electricity and Water are in the Subd but you will need to run lines for meters.
